1. Book Returns Policy
Cameron May returns policy Cameron May will accept returned books when:
• There has been an error in supply or technical processing caused by Cameron May.
• The book is found to be faulty or defective.
• The book was supplied as part of an Approval Plan and is in unmarked and saleable condition.
Returns must be received by us within 60 days of invoice date and must be received by Cameron May in saleable and unmarked condition. Cameron May will not be responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
Cameron May is unable to accept returned books in the following instances:
• There has been an ordering error by the customer, distributor, unless prior authorization has been obtained from Cameron May.
• The book has been made unsaleable by the insertion of any property stamps or processing items.
• The book was returned more than 60 days after invoice date, unless the return is due to a defective/faulty book, which will be accepted up to one year after invoice date.
• Standing orders.
• Out-of-print items.
• CD-ROMs, prepaid items, music items.
Returns Procedure Returns requests should be sent to Cameron May within 30 days of the invoice date by fax or email. A Returns Authorisation will be issued in due course. The returned item must accompany the original invoice and Returns Authorisation stating the reason for return from the list above.
2. Conferences
Delegates may cancel their registration and will be returned their fees less 15% thereof providing they notify Cameron May in writing prior to one month before the conference. After that date the full fee will be payable. Cameron May reserves the right to cancel the conference if it deems necessary and will, in such an event, make a full refund of any registration fee. No liability is assumed by Cameron May for changes in programme date, content, speakers or venue.
